Term and Condition : Tour (Domestic)

Everything You Need to Know about Tour (Domestic)

  1. Registration deposit paid to PT. Tibersa Mustika Indonesia (Tibersa) is non-refundable (down payment non-refundable) minimum payment of 30% according to the selected destination.
  2. Payment for the tour fee is made 7 days before the departure date.
  3. For participants who occupy a Triple Room (1 room occupied by 3 people), we do not guarantee that guests will get 3 separate beds, it all depends on the condition of the existing hotel (can be just 1 bed / mattress / sofa bed) and there is no reduction in fees.
  4. For applicants who are over 70 years old or have limited body function or senses or mental limitations, this is mandatory accompanied by a family member, friend or relative who will be responsible for the duration of the tour.
  5. For the convenience and smoothness of tour planning, Tibersa has the right to issue plane, train and ticket tickets other transportation, accommodation, entrance tickets to tourist attractions without verbal or written confirmation to applicants who have made a deposit.
  6. Tibersa has the right to change the hotels that will be used because the hotels are full and replace them other hotels of the same level according to consideration and confirmation. If the tour period in the cities visited is ongoing exhibition/conference will be replaced with other hotels of the same level in nearby cities.
  7. The tour schedule can change at any time according to possible conditions without reducing the contents of the tour program.
  8. Tibersa has the right to charge the difference in tour price & others (if there is an increase in tour prices, airport tax, etc.) to prospective participants.
  1. If the tour event is canceled by the Participant before the departure date, the cancellation fees are as follows:
    • After registration: Registration deposit (Non Refundable)
    • 30-15 calendar days before departure date: 50% of the tour cost
    • 14-07 calendar days before departure date: 75% of the tour cost
    • 06-00 calendar days before departure date: 100% of the tour cost
  2. Cancellation made by one of the parties (Participants or Tibersa) due to natural disasters, war, disease outbreaks, acts
    terrorism or other ‘Force Majeure’ circumstances, the above provisions may change at any time without prior notice First, it depends on the policies of airlines, hotels and agents abroad. (Force Majeure; An event that occurs beyond one’s ability humans and it cannot be avoided that an activity cannot be carried out as it should).

Term and Condition : Tour (International)

  1. Registration deposit paid to PT. Tibersa Mustika Indonesia (Tibersa) is non-refundable (down payment non-refundable) minimum payment of IDR 10,000,000/per participant or according to the selected destination plus visa fees (if any).
  2. All participants are protected by Travel Insurance based on the Group’s policy provisions.
  3. Payment for the tour fee is made 14 days before the departure date.
  4. For participants who occupy a Triple Room (1 room occupied by 3 people), we do not guarantee that guests will get 3 separate beds, it all depends on the condition of the existing hotel (can be just 1 bed / mattress / sofa bed) and there is no reduction in fees.
  5. For applicants who are over 70 years old or have limited body function or senses or mental limitations, this is mandatory accompanied by a family member, friend or relative who will be responsible for the duration of the tour.
  6. If the visa application is rejected, the ticket has been issued before the visa application is approved, due to requirements due to the deadline
    time determined by the airline, the visa fee is non-refundable and Participants are still subject to cancellation penalties and administration in accordance with conditions related to airlines, hotels and agents abroad.

Term and Condition : Car Rental

  1. The rental duration is valid for 12 hours with maximum use until 23:59 per day.
  2. If the customer does not use up the full 12 hours of rental duration, then the remaining time cannot be rolled over to the next day or cannot be refunded.
  3. Overtime fees will be charged if the rental duration is more than 12 hours or after 23:59 on each rental day, with the following conditions:
    i. Overtime up to 6 hours: hourly overtime charges will apply
    ii. Overtime above 6 hours and up to 12 hours: one day’s rental fee will be charged
    iii. Overtime above 12 hours and up to 18 hours: one day’s rental fee will be charged plus hourly overtime fee
  4. Additional fees may apply if the pick-up or drop-off location is different from the address provided at the time of ordering.
  5. Customers must notify Tibersa directly if there is a change in the rental area or pick-up/drop-off address. All changes to the rental area or pick-up/drop-off address will be charged by Tibersa in accordance with the provisions of the Tibersa price list.
  6. Tibersa is not responsible for any additional costs resulting from customer changes
  1. Cancellations submitted more than 24 hours before pick up time will not be subject to a cancellation fee;
    Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before pick up time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental fee paid.
  2. Cancellation does not apply to cars labeled “non-refundable”.
  1. Any changes or additional requests including but not limited to changes in location, special requests for baby chairs, etc., may be charged according to the additional price provisions that have been determined. If additional requests do not include the additional options that have been specified, Tibersa has the right to determine the appropriate price.
  2. Tibersa reserves the right to accept or reject additional requests according to Tibersa’s capabilities.
  3. All special requests are subject to availability at the rental location. If Tibersa cannot fulfill a customer’s special request (for example: a car with an odd number of plates is out of stock), the customer can request a refund as long as the request is made more than 24 hours before the pick-up time.
  4. If the ordered vehicle is not available, it will be replaced with a vehicle of equivalent or better class/type.
  5. Tibersa reserves the right to refuse customers who act outside of normal limits
  6. Tibersa reserves the right to refuse orders if the vehicle is used to transport goods.
  7. Renters may not bring pets in the car.
  1. Customers are responsible for costs beyond basic services, including but not limited to petrol costs, tolls, parking, overtime, driver accommodation if staying overnight outside the city, entrance tickets to tourist attractions and driver meal costs of IDR 60,000 per day of rental.
  2. The driver’s fuel and food consumption limits are under normal traffic conditions. If congestion occurs during use, the maximum kilometer limit for use can be reduced according to road conditions and use.
  3. Tibersa reserves the right to refuse customers if the number of passengers exceeds the previously reserved seating capacity.
  4. Excess number of passengers and/or baggage will be subject to additional fees.

Payments are made in the amount and currency as stated, not including bank fees or any other charges by Tibersa. In consideration of facilitation with your booking, we may, at the same time of your payment for the products you book, charge additional fees including bank and credit card fee, convenience fee, facilitation fee and other types of service fees to your payment including value added tax, stamp duty and/or other applicable taxes (if any) imposed on the price of the products or such additional fees charged altogether during the payment process. To the extent permitted by the applicable laws, such taxes and fees are non-refundable. For all forms of reservations, you must make payment within the specified time limit. If the payment is not made, then Tibersa reserves the right to cancel all reservations. Payment methods include but are not limited to bank transfer and credit card. For payment by bank transfer, you must provide the bank transfer receipt as proof of payment of reservations listed in the Tibersa confirmation email. You must follow the procedures contained in the confirmation email. After you make full payment, Tibersa will place the order and issue a reservation code, which will be accompanied by: 1. Booking Code; 2. Customer Name; 3. Number Booking; 4. Booking Details; and 5. Phone Number / Extension.

Tibersa shall not be liable for any non-performance or violation of these Terms, such as for transaction failure, restricted access to the Site, or any damage or harm to users caused by any act or condition beyond the reasonable control of either you or us (“ Force Majeure Event ”). Force Majeure Events include but are not limited to natural disaster (floods, earthquakes), epidemic, riot, a declaration of war, war, military action, terrorist action, embargo, sanctions, changes in laws or regulations, lightning, hurricanes, typhoons, cyclones, labor strikes, demonstrations, airline or hotel bankruptcy or insolvency, and cyber attacks. Tibersa shall not be responsible for any damages or losses caused by any means to any party because of the Force Majeure Event.

Each price listed on the Site is only available with certain conditions and these prices may change depending on the availability of booking, length of booking and/or other factors. Available prices can include additional taxes and other charges, but in certain circumstances it may not include taxes and other service charges (e.g., tips for tour guides, other facilities charges (if any), and other charges/fees which may arise from the use of services other than those provided by Tibersa (if any)). You agree that you are responsible for verifying the total cost to be paid and other terms and details when the confirmation email is sent. You must verify the booking on the booking sheet, and you may cancel the booking at any time before the final confirmation is done. Prices shown are detailed so that you can see the amount to be paid, any additional costs due to the use of credit cards or inter-bank fees charged for the shipping fees will be charged to you. If there is a discrepancy in the amount paid, Tibersa will provide an email notification of the amount to be paid by you. In the event that you cancel the booking before paying in full any existing shortcomings, Tibersa will refund the amount paid or, subject to any applicable rights you may have at law, refund an amount reduced by the reasonable costs incurred by Tibersa as a result of the non-payment.

By displaying particular destinations, Tiebrsa does not represent or warrant that travel to such destinations is advisable or risk-free and Tibersa is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations. Under no circumstances shall Traveloka be liable for any incidents occurring during your trip or your stay. You are personally responsible for the selection of travel, travel route and destination, for the entire duration of your trip. To the extent permitted by law, Tibersa is not responsible for any loss that occurs if you fail to bring required travel documents, such as your passport, e-ticket, e-voucher, and any other reasons caused by you.
